Over the years, the raw materials used, particularly in the automotive industry, have changed significantly (HEL, DP, etc.). These are more and more complex to work with.

In order to obtain the expected quality and result, our set-up technicians work closely with our technical design department, which integrates Autoform stamping simulation software.

  • 1 LVD 1600 T hydraulic press - table 3700 x 2800 x 1330 mm (closed tool).
  • 1 hydraulic press MULLER 630 T. - table 2500 x 1600 x 700 mm (closed tool).
  • 1 Bret 300 T mechanical press - 1600 x 1200 mm table (closed tool).
  • 1 hydraulic press EITEL 250 T. table 1650 x 1250 x 600 mm (closed tool).

Small presses

  • 1 COLOMBO 200 T mechanical press.
  • 1 COLOMBO 160 T mechanical press.
  • 1 hydraulic press HAM 90 T. - table 800 x 500 mm.
  • 1 overhead crane 12.5 T.
